Once your YouTube channel is connected (see Connecting your YouTube account to Ocoya), you can create and schedule video posts directly from Ocoya's content calendar.
Creating a YouTube post
Open the post composer and select the YouTube icon from the list of connected profiles. Write your video title and description in the caption field.
2. Attach your video file, then switch to the Preview tab to check how your video and caption will appear before publishing.
3. When you're ready, click Schedule to choose a date and time, or use Post now to publish immediately.
Your post will now appear on your content calendar and will publish to YouTube automatically at the scheduled time.
Media considerations
Ocoya supports standard YouTube video formats such as MP4 and MOV.
Larger video files may take longer to upload and process before they can be scheduled.
Make sure your video meets YouTube's own content and community guidelines, as Ocoya publishes directly to your channel.
Troubleshooting YouTube posting issues
Publishing failed
Check that:
Your video file uploaded completely before scheduling.
Your YouTube account is still connected in Connections.
Your video meets YouTube's format and content requirements.
Video stuck processing
Large video files can take a few minutes to upload and process. If it doesn't complete after a while, try removing the attachment and re-uploading it.
