This workflow uses an AI agent to analyze the mention and post an intelligent, on-brand comment in reply.
How to Set It Up:
Select the Template:
Go to Automation > Workflows and choose the Mention responder template from the Engagement tab.
Choose Your Profile:
In the New mention trigger, select the social profile (e.g., Facebook Page) you want to monitor.
Create Your AI Responder:
Click Use AI agent and create a new agent from the Mention responder template.
Customize the System Prompt to define the AI's personality (e.g., "You are Bob, a friendly community manager. Your goal is to thank users for positive mentions in 1-2 sentences.").
Connect the Workflow:
AI Input: In the "Use AI agent" block, map the Text input to the Text from the "New mention."
AI Output: In the "Reply in comments" block, map the comment to the Text generated by the AI agent.
Activate:
Click Set live.
Your automation is now active and will automatically reply to any public posts where your page is mentioned.
