How to hands off automate your DMs

This workflow uses a custom AI agent to understand user questions and reply intelligently.

How to Set It Up:

  1. Select the Template:

    • Go to Automation > Workflows and choose the DM chatbot template from the Engagement tab.

  2. Connect Your Social Profile:

    • In the New DM trigger, select the Facebook Page you want the chatbot to monitor.

  3. Create Your Chatbot Agent:

    • Click the Use AI agent block and create a new agent using the DM chatbot template.

    • In the System Prompt, describe your business and the chatbot's personality (e.g., "You are a friendly support agent for Ocoya, an AI social media tool."). This is the most important step for training your bot.

  4. Connect the Workflow:

    • AI Input: In the "Use AI agent" block, map the Text input to the incoming Text from the "New DM" trigger.

    • AI Output: In the "Send DM" block, map the DM message to the Text generated by the AI agent.

  5. Activate Your Chatbot:

    • Click Set live.
