This workflow uses a custom AI agent to understand user questions and reply intelligently.
How to Set It Up:
Select the Template:
Go to Automation > Workflows and choose the DM chatbot template from the Engagement tab.
Connect Your Social Profile:
In the New DM trigger, select the Facebook Page you want the chatbot to monitor.
Create Your Chatbot Agent:
Click the Use AI agent block and create a new agent using the DM chatbot template.
In the System Prompt, describe your business and the chatbot's personality (e.g., "You are a friendly support agent for Ocoya, an AI social media tool."). This is the most important step for training your bot.
Connect the Workflow:
AI Input: In the "Use AI agent" block, map the Text input to the incoming Text from the "New DM" trigger.
AI Output: In the "Send DM" block, map the DM message to the Text generated by the AI agent.
Activate Your Chatbot:
Click Set live.
