This workflow automatically creates and publishes a social media post every time a new product goes live on your site, using AI to write a compelling caption based on the product's details.
How to set it up:
Start with the Template:
Go to Automation > Workflows and select the WooCommerce poster template from the Marketing tab.
Connect Your Store:
In the Product published trigger, click to connect your WooCommerce store. You only need to do this once.
Select your store from the list and click Save.
Create a Dynamic AI Prompt:
Click the Use AI agent block.
In the Text input, write a prompt that pulls in product information. Use the "Insert step data" button to add placeholders like [Title], [Description], and [URL].
Example prompt: "Write an engaging social media caption for our new product: [Title]. Here's the description: [Description]."
Assemble the Final Post:
Click the Create social post block.
Choose where to publish the post.
Map the Caption to the Text generated by the AI agent.
Map the Image URL to the Image URL from your WooCommerce product.
Activate Your Workflow:
Click Set live.
Now, every time you publish a product in WooCommerce, a promotional post will be automatically created and shared on your social channels.
