Head over your left side of the dashboard and click Ecommerce, once redirected go ahead and click Use, which is located under WooCommerce

You will be brought to Woocommerce section where your stores are located, go ahead and click little three dots and then click Disconnect store

You will be asked If you are sure that you want to remove it, go ahead and click Confirm
