Head over to the left side of your dashboard and click Ecommerce, then click Use which is located under Woocommerce

After that you will be brought to Woocommerce section, here go ahead and choose your desired store and click three little dots and then click Resync

You will be asked to confirm if you really want to Resync, go ahead and click Resync

You will be redirected to woocommerce website, go ahead and click Approve

You will be brought back to Ocoya and your store should be resynced
