Campaigns let you generate a complete, multi-post content plan in one step. Instead of writing each post individually, you describe your campaign goal in plain language and Ocoya's AI builds out a full set of scheduled posts across your connected social profiles, from top-of-funnel awareness content through to a bottom-of-funnel call to action.
Creating an AI campaign
Go to Campaigns in the left-hand menu, under Publish, then click New AI campaign.
2. Describe what the campaign is for in the text box, for example a product launch, a limited-time offer, or an upcoming event. You can also start from one of the quick-start templates, such as New product launch, Limited-time offer, Open house, Customer story, or Upcoming event, and edit the pre-filled description to match your business.
3. Configure the campaign options:
Brand kit and Hashtags toggles, to apply your saved brand voice/assets and automatically add relevant hashtags.
Images, to set how many AI-generated images should be produced.
Tone (for example Professional) and Length (for example Medium) for the post copy.
Goal (for example Awareness) and Target audience (for example Business owners), to steer the messaging.
Number of posts and campaign duration, to set how many posts are generated and over how many days they're spread.
4. Select at least one social profile for the campaign under Social Profiles before generating. This step is required — a campaign generated with no profile selected will not complete successfully.
5. Click Generate. Generating a campaign uses credits (shown next to the button), and the AI builds your posts one at a time, showing progress as "Generating post X of Y." Generating a full campaign with images can take a few minutes — you can navigate away and check back later, the campaign will keep generating in the background.
Reviewing your generated campaign
Once generation finishes, open the campaign to see:
Campaign summary — the brand, campaign description, goal, tone, audience, connected social profiles, and schedule.
Campaign funnel — a breakdown of how your posts are distributed across top-of-funnel (awareness), middle-of-funnel (consideration), and bottom-of-funnel (conversion) content.
Review calendar — a month view showing exactly which days each generated post is scheduled for.
Open each generated post to review and edit the caption, media, and scheduled time, the same way you would for a normal post.
Approving and running your campaign
Review each post and mark it as approved. The Approved count in the campaign summary updates as you go (for example "3 of 5").
Once you're happy with the campaign, click Run campaign to schedule the approved posts to your connected social profiles at their planned times.
Media considerations
AI-generated images count toward your campaign's image setting — you can regenerate or replace any image you're not happy with before approving a post.
Each post in a campaign can still be edited individually after generation, so you can fine-tune captions, swap media, or adjust timing before approving.
Troubleshooting campaign issues
Campaign status shows "Failed"
The most common cause is generating a campaign without selecting any social profiles. Delete the failed campaign and create a new one, making sure to select at least one connected profile under Social Profiles before clicking Generate.
Campaign seems stuck on "Generating post X of Y"
Generating a multi-post campaign with images can take several minutes. Leave the page open or check back shortly. If the status changes to Failed rather than completing, follow the steps above to confirm social profiles were selected, then try generating again.
Run campaign button is disabled
Make sure at least one post in the campaign has been approved. Only approved posts are scheduled when you click Run campaign.
