How to schedule posts with our Design Editor

  • First of all, go to Planner and then click Posts. Once you are redirected to Posts page go ahead and click Create new

  • Head over to your right side of the dashboard and choose the size you need, you can either have a custom size or you can choose one that already has measurements, like for this example we will make an Instagram post

  • You will be redirected to our editor, where you can choose from many options, the controls are very similar to Canva. You can upload your content, choose templates, videos add text, etc.

  • For this example we will be choosing a template, which is really easy to edit If you want a quick and good looking post

  • After editing to your liking, click Save, which is located in your top right corner as shown in the picture

  • Click PNG or choose save as

  • You will be brought back to the Ocoya post/schedule maker. Go ahead and choose your desired social media account, add some text if necessary and then click Schedule for later, which is located on bottom right corner

  • Choose a desired date and then click Done

  • Double check the post If everything is made correctly and then click Schedule

  • Your post should be scheduled for the time you requested
