How to approve or decline posts:
Whenever a team member submits one post for approval you need to go to Planner and then Posts. After that you should see a little yellow shield icon, this means that the post is currently waiting to be approved or declined.
Click three little dots as shown in the picture and click Edit or Schedule.
Double check the post If everything is made to your liking and head over to your bottom right corner and either click Approve or click the little arrow up and choose to decline the post.
If the post is declined It's going to go into draft mode. If It's approved It will be Scheduled or Posted.
