First of all, click Planner and then Posts. Once you have been redirected go ahead and click Create new.

After that go ahead and click Select Social profiles

Choose the ones that are you desired to group together to make a post and click on them.

Once your profiles have been chosen you can make your desired post and they will be posted on both social profiles
