Before canceling your subscription, could you please contact us in our live chat order to understand what was the reason for the cancellation, it's not mandatory, but it helps us grow and understand our weak points.

While on the platform head over to the left side of the dashboard and click Billing.

Once you are redirected to the billing/plan page click Manage Plan as shown In the picture.

After that, you will be redirected to the billing page where you have all your billing information and payment methods and simply click Cancel plan.
